This plan will take into consideration what your individual goals may be, such as: parking maximization, revenue control, controlling traffic flow, customer service, etc. Our team will also make sure our lot operations staff monitors the lot to help direct people to their appropriate destination if needed, make sure the lot stays free of debris or trash, and any other special requests you may have.
In the case of special event parking, our lot operations team will create a custom plan for the event taking into consideration the increased traffic volume and possible need for increased revenue control. As needed, we will provide multiple cashiers, traffic directors , and lot monitors, maintaining an orderly and safe operation at all times. Upon request,we will also provide post-event cleanup for the parking garages and lots , and the immediate surrounding areas.
